Being a single bore tunnel and a type of job we have not delivered before, it has been very challenging and have had to devise a unique way of delivering the works. From the 1st weeks cancellation due to ECO issue we had amended and tweaked the plan each week so we could deliver the maximum amount of yardage safely and to time. The final core at the weekend we delivered 9 panels, up from the initial plan of 6 panels each weekend.
